The district court issued an order granting Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs. In its final judgment, the Southern District ruled that Sunset Watersports violated the express navigational warranty in the 2020-2021 policy, voiding the policy from inception therefore confirming that Great Lakes owed neither duty to defend nor indemnify Sunset Watersports with respect to the subsequent claims (Hayward/Silva and Arroyo).
