Brandon Bushway

Brandon’s legal journey began as an intern to the Honorable Jack Day of the Florida 6th Judicial Circuit Court, where he gained invaluable practical knowledge and courtroom experience. Building on this foundation, he then joined a prominent Miami firm as a Maritime Lawyer, honing his expertise in admiralty and maritime law, personal injury and wrongful death defense, and insurance coverage litigation.
Brandon has been recognized for his professional achievements and holds licenses to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida. When reflecting on his career choice, Brandon attributes his passion for persuasive communication, strong advocacy skills, and determination to achieve positive outcomes for his clients as the driving forces behind his decision to become a lawyer.
On a personal note, Brandon finds fulfillment in giving back to the community. His involvement with Florida’s Guardian ad Litem Program has earned him recognition for his excellence in public service and dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable children. Additionally, he cherishes his leisure time on the water, enjoying boating as a licensed captain.
