Clear Spring Property and Casualty Company versus Big Toys LLC Case No. 1:22-cv-21926-BB. The district court issued an Order on Motions for Summary Judgment ruling in favor of our client, Clear Spring. In its final order, the Court declared that the insurance policy Clear Spring issued to Big Toys was void from its inception and accordingly did not provide coverage for the damages sustained by Big Toys’ vessel as a result of the subject incident which occurred on March 19, 2022. Clear Spring was ordered to refund any premiums paid by Big Toys to insure the vessel.
